The Policy on Collaborative Application development by Opening the source code of Applications intends to increase the pace of application development and rapid roll out/ implementation by adopting the principles of open-source development model. Government wants to promote reuse of existing developed applications. Successful running applications and new applications are envisaged to be developed within the public domain by opening the application source code and it is also intended to encourage innovation inside and outside Government by encouraging collaborative development to achieve better products in less time.

e-Gov application source open approach—including the use and release of application source to public—can reduce costs, reduce development time, and improve overall quality, including security through increased transparency and mass peer review.

Hi pmji.. regarding education government is paying more money than private sector still we are not achieving our goal. .. i think this is because there is no proper monitor. . So it appoint higher authority also it is nothing so I think there should be some intelligence to monitor this so please do something to improve this. ....

Sir, In India presently, if any middle class people want purchase a Flat(Hous) or property it’s very difficult because of Builder lobby worked on White & Black policy and demanded Black money at present, if the Flat(House) value is 20,00000/- then Rs,1200000/- is the Dative Amount(White) and Rs,800000/- is the Black amount and due to this middle class people not applying HBA Loan in the Bank because they are not able to manage Black money amount and it’s a loss of our country & financial growth

We need to consume all beggers, poor, uneducated unemployee people in gov project, build house, other project so they can earn and will not beg on the street. We have manu resource which are under poverty line gov need to create project where they can use this people. Like in mumbai every street has many beggers and mumbai has lot of oppertunity like developing other areas. We should use this resourses

I can see the root cause for everything is the corruption ..just wanted to share the incident which happened with me ..I have raised the request to endorse my name in my wife passport so that i can apply for my daughter passport Police has submitted the adverse report now i just wanted to understand 1) If the police is coming for the verification and person is went to his office then why police is submitting a report that person is not staying at his/her current address 2) If there are so much strict rules we have then why we hears in NEWS that terrrorists are having the fruaud passport 3) why we don't have system where the process(electricity ,water ,passport etc) are just one click apart from us 4) if the point number 3 is not feasible then why we don't have tranparancy 5) Policies are made to make the life of common man easy ..but i can see in all the departments the policies are so complex that one is ready to pay bribe and wants to get out of it I would really appreciate the comments on the above .

,क्या यही सनातन धर्म और भारत की संस्कृति है कि गुरूओं को जो कि ज्ञान का दाता है,उसे सबके सामने जाकर भिक्षुकों की तरह गिड़गिड़ाना पड़ता है ।कैसी विडम्बना है कि बाल श्रमिकों का भविष्य सवांरने वाले,उन्हे मुख्य धारा मे जोड़ने वालों का भविष्य ही बिखर गया,वे स्वयं श्रमिक बन गए और उनके बच्चे मुख्यधारा मे शायद ही कभी जुड़ पाएं क्योंकि उन्हे आज तक उतना तथाकथित " मानदेय" ही नहीं मिला कि वे अपने बच्चों को अच्छा भोजन और अच्छी शिक्षा दिलवा पाएं, अब वह भी छीन गया ,शायद ईसे ही कलियुग कहते है

PM Sir, hello! Sir, price of general commodities [rice, dal, vegetables - potatoes, eggs] are not coming down. Price of daily items are so high, it is very difficult for middle class and poor people to survive. I have been watching for how food habits of poor people are getting changed. 12 to 15 years back, poor people used to take rice/roti, 1 veg curry and dal; 8 to 10 years back, poor people used to take rice and dal; last 2 years poor people takes only rice and pickle. Please, do something.

namskar Pradhanmantri ji, aapke aane ke bad bharat ki tasveer badlati jaa rahi hai isko dekh kar muje garv hota hai ki aap jaisa pratibhwan gyani vyakti is bharatmata ko pahle kyun nah mile, mai pichle 10 varsho se PA or Secretary ke pad par karyarat hun par muje abhi tak satisfaction nahi mila hai kya aap apne kisi kayalay mai muje yogya samjte ho to sampark avashya kare muje ummeed hai aap meri prathna sweekar karenge aabhari dushyant sharma
