The Policy on Collaborative Application development by Opening the source code of Applications intends to increase the pace of application development and rapid roll out/ implementation by adopting the principles of open-source development model. Government wants to promote reuse of existing developed applications. Successful running applications and new applications are envisaged to be developed within the public domain by opening the application source code and it is also intended to encourage innovation inside and outside Government by encouraging collaborative development to achieve better products in less time.

e-Gov application source open approach—including the use and release of application source to public—can reduce costs, reduce development time, and improve overall quality, including security through increased transparency and mass peer review.

priya modi ji aapko mera sadar pranam. sabse pahile me apne bare mai aapko batana chaunga mera nam KUMAR GAURAV, JOB CONTRACT BASIS jo ki Bihar me hai, SIR, May Contract Basis Job se paresaan ho gaya hu. Sabhi ko permanent kr diya jaye Kyu ki sabhi apna kaam Thik trh se kr rahe tabhi to unhe 1/2/3 saal se rakha gaya hai, Job CONTRACT BASIS ho ne ke karn 3 ki jagh pe 1 se kaam liya jata hai aur Padhne ka time nhi milta, Contract basis ko Permanent karte huye Contract Ko band Kiya jaye.

Dibrugarh Club House Assam 786001,E mail : dibrugarhclubhouse@gmail.com Ppoject approval as a 2 star hotel in Dibrugarh , Assam, which was duly granted. by the Regional Director, India tourism, North Eastern Region, On 10/08/2013 we informed of completion of the project and requested for inspection and classification. On 31/10/2014 request letter for inspection submitted again. Till date no inspection has been made. In the absence of inspection and classification we are losing business

Sir i want that the all books are in English language..... because of it everyone can't read it.... if they read it.... they can't understand properly.... so i or everyone want that book's Hindi version should be available.... on Internet and everywhere.... Police – If strengthened Swatch Bharat Abhyan thru direct monitoring, please see the attached Clip , this Clip is for CP main posh area Delhi. Had our Police system been proactive then these black spot on Clean India movement should have not been there. The people reflected in this clip are poor , but that doesn’t gives certificate to spoil beauty of the country. Is This what we mean by Swatch Bharat … No Not at all..

Police if strengthened - can bring down cruelty against women Strengthened Police – will boost our economy and bring in more SME, Small & Medium enterprise, People in small towns have lot of money to invest and spent but they don’t do that because they fear for their kids can get kidnap for ransom Sir, I don’t have any of my relative or friend in Police anywhere, I’m putting this note purely in the interest of the Nation.

Police if strengthened - can bring down corruption which will directly impacts a common man Police if strengthened - can bring down Child-Labor which is impacting our Youth Police if strengthened - can bring down drug Mafia which is causing future challenge to Ying India Police if strengthened - can bring down cruelty against women

Sir, I know that Police comes directly under State Govt. but If we have to look upon ONE INDIA and if we want to accelerate our Growth 3 folds in next 4 years then we need to generate a revolutionary change in our Police system. It’s not only about increasing their count, or including more female Police but an overall bringing a new mindset in Police, with more SCOPE of duty they perform today and more motivating Youth who join the Police and want to serve the County.

We spent a good money on our Army forces(which is good and Important) We have a separate Cabinet ministry for Arm forces ( Defense ministry - which is good and Important), Why don’t we have a separated Cabinet ministry who will only focus upon the Improvement of Police. Police should also be give the same importance as Army gets thru Defense Ministry. It’s the Police who is the 1st and last direct interaction to the end citizen of the country and impress upon where country is moving ahead..
