The Policy on Collaborative Application development by Opening the source code of Applications intends to increase the pace of application development and rapid roll out/ implementation by adopting the principles of open-source development model. Government wants to promote reuse of existing developed applications. Successful running applications and new applications are envisaged to be developed within the public domain by opening the application source code and it is also intended to encourage innovation inside and outside Government by encouraging collaborative development to achieve better products in less time.

e-Gov application source open approach—including the use and release of application source to public—can reduce costs, reduce development time, and improve overall quality, including security through increased transparency and mass peer review.

Health System:- Each civilian should have its health card & it have the swipe facility.The doctor's have swipe machine registered in his name,while a patient visit no need to fill the form he will swipe the card & will all the facility as per entitlement & provided by GOI.it will track the doctor's presence & sitting in govt. Hospital.this plan only help poor civilians & make health system corruption free.no need to spread naked plunder by private hospital system.

माननीय प्रधानमंत्री जी, मैं आपका ध्यान एक बहुत ही गंभीर समस्या की और दिलाना चाहता हूँ जिसकी ओर अभी कोई भी ध्यान नहीं दे रहा है.. हम जब भी किसी होटल में खाना खाने जाते है वहां पर हमेशा फुल प्लेट खाना मिलता है.. अकेला खाने वाले आदमी को भी मज़बूरी में फुल प्लेट खाना लेना पड़ता है.. जिस से भोजन की बर्बादी होती है और साथ ही साथ पैसे की भी बर्बादी होती है, मेरी राय है की सभी होटल और रेस्टोरेंट को नोटिस जारी कर के हाफ प्लेट मेनू में रखने के लिए बोलना चाहिए और जो न करे उनका लाइसेंस रद्द होना चाहिए..

Dear Sir, Can we have a chip card, Which can we use as Unique ID, DL, PAN card and Gov Bank linked ATM. and Can also we merge all individual government account to one and have a grid for all government banks to make sure one individual can have only one bank account in Gov Banks. And can we also have e-Education certificates, So that nobody need to carry their documents and they always available to them. I really appreciate to your efforts to provide cloud space.

My experience says that Documents are collected from people and filled up by study centers for application of scholarship. This is happening on large scale in private and government Universities for DISTANCE EDUCATION. Government really need to check this. We are loosing crores of rupees every year on this.

Sir, There is urgent need to check up on the way Scholarships are given to DISTANCE Education Programs from Government and Private Universities. It is a well deserved intention that Schoarships should be given to deserving candidates. There is no second thought on that. My objection is When these scholarships are given do we really check whether the person in whose name the scholarship is given has taken the admission.. He knows that admission is taken in his name and funds are taken away...?

माननीय प्रधानमंत्री, मे उत्तराखंड राज्य के हल्द्वानी शहर से हू! ये बच्ची २० नवंबर को हल्द्वानी अपने मामा की शादी मे आई थी, शादी के रिसेप्षन की रात एक हेवान उसे बहला-फुसला कर ले गया और २५ नवंबर को इसका शव घर से ५०० मीटर की दूरी पर जॅंगल मे परा मिला! सर फोटो मे इस हेवान ने बच्ची के हाथ पेर तोड़ दिये और इसके साथ दुष्कर्म किया गया है। मूल रूप से पिथोरागर निवासी थी बच्ची, सर हल्द्वानी और पिथोरागर की जनता चाहती है की उस हेवान को जनता के हवाले कर दिया जाये. इस बच्ची को उचित न्याय दिया जाये!

Sir, This is related with UNIQUE BIRTH ID for all newborn babies of India but it is not (ADHAR Card). Basically we issue ADHAR by verifying various documents - it increases chances of fraudulent issue of the card. What I suggest is a onetime unique BIRTH ID of every newborn can be generated which should be technically applicable in all future engagements like admission in schools, colleges, jobs, police cases, theft and many other numerous possibility.
