The Policy on Collaborative Application development by Opening the source code of Applications intends to increase the pace of application development and rapid roll out/ implementation by adopting the principles of open-source development model. Government wants to promote reuse of existing developed applications. Successful running applications and new applications are envisaged to be developed within the public domain by opening the application source code and it is also intended to encourage innovation inside and outside Government by encouraging collaborative development to achieve better products in less time.

e-Gov application source open approach—including the use and release of application source to public—can reduce costs, reduce development time, and improve overall quality, including security through increased transparency and mass peer review.

Sir, It should be made absolutely mandatory for cooked food vendors to obtain and a FDA license and display at the place where the food is being served. The street side food vendors use unhealthy Food ingradients and water a d innocent people consume it for lack of awareness. In the licensed food supply places, the cleanliness should be checked randomly and appropriate actions should be taken if found flountig the law. This is the way to make India healthy.

Media & its implication in India: What kind of message we are giving to our next generation with movies names 'Ungli', 'Badmash', 'Paagal, songs like 'Kuththe', 'saale', 'kamine' etc. and with negative serials. We are awarding & rewarding such celebrities also. Dressing culture is changing the attitude of men & women. My request to government is, it must have control and should monitor Censor Board, Serials, negative news & Media and dressing in school, colleges & offices. thanx.

Problem; the growth at every level is absurd and varied to different degrees depending on the local political leadership. Solution; To have minimum standard guidebook on each of the focus areas including education, health, sanitation, infra, transport etc and make the state govt to abide this no matter which party or political leadership. Failure to non-compliance should be entitled to withdraw the govt as they don;t fit the minimum criteria of development. This should result in some growth.

Also need to check the D/A T/A and unnecessary visits / meetings .In the days of Digital India Where facilities are available to get feed back electronically; what is fun to call meetings where hard earned money of tax payer is wasted. The cabinet decision of using least papers is openly violated by Majority of Autonomous Bodies . Online CST registration for new Sole proprietorship firms should be made possible. This will weed out the tout/ Agent culture and result in corruption reduction. Process has to be simple & user friendly. This will also help in employment generation.
