The Policy on Collaborative Application development by Opening the source code of Applications intends to increase the pace of application development and rapid roll out/ implementation by adopting the principles of open-source development model. Government wants to promote reuse of existing developed applications. Successful running applications and new applications are envisaged to be developed within the public domain by opening the application source code and it is also intended to encourage innovation inside and outside Government by encouraging collaborative development to achieve better products in less time.

e-Gov application source open approach—including the use and release of application source to public—can reduce costs, reduce development time, and improve overall quality, including security through increased transparency and mass peer review.

I suppose the agenda for a given day's Parliamentary proceedings is publicized ahead of time. Why, then, does the Speaker not discipline through sanctions disruptive MPs seeking discussion on a subject not included in that day's agenda? Why aren't Parliament's marshals used to end the disruption? There needs to be serious discussion on how the Parliamentary proceedings can be made orderly.

contd.... purchases and to encourage the practice put some good incentive schemes. This will enable to collect VAT multiple times MORE than current remittances. I am sure now many sellers are NOT paying VAT collected from customers. This is a major SCAM going on in every city ....including Hyd. Bill printing system can be issued to each seller by Commercial Tax dept, with a wireless link to Department Server to register the bill details, on generation and printing. Pl. do consider my reques

Contd... Since all bills are in server, no seller can avoid remittance of VAT collected. Now sellers are collecting VAT...25% + in restarants like KFC, Paradise Biryani, but they do not pay VAT on all bills, as they have parallel system to show FEW bills, while collecting VAT from consumers on all bills. The system can be computerized and issued to each seller and the same is connected automatically to Tax authorities servers. Govt., should encourage all customers to ask for bills for right..

Dear Modi ji....Thanks for your continued efforts to make India....Better. I have the a suggestion on VAT tax being collected by various sellers in market like hotels, restaurants etc., Daily lakhs and crores are being collected but not being remitted to Govt., in Hyderabad alone. I suggest Govt., to advise all sellers to issue same type of bill/receipt from a system, which immediately transfers the details of invoice to a server. So that no one can evade VAT collected from customer.

Dear Modiji, please take action against MLAs who became super rich in 10-15 years of their tenure but before used to be middle class people....Please look at the Haridwar/Kankhal constituency, these seats are always belonged to BJP but such corrupt MLAs spoiling BJP & Modijis name...they used to sell Milk on bicycle but now became millionaire, I am wondering how is that possible? Please take strict action against such people.

Traffic police out here seems to be more interested in checking vehicle documents rather than maintaining proper traffic on the roads. They congregate at one end of the road and start checking for the papers. Their actual job, according to me, should be to maintain traffic on the road, if the roads get jammed somewhere, they should try to resolve traffic related issue rather than seating on of the vehicles and start collecting challans. I request that they be given proper training in their duty
