The Policy on Collaborative Application development by Opening the source code of Applications intends to increase the pace of application development and rapid roll out/ implementation by adopting the principles of open-source development model. Government wants to promote reuse of existing developed applications. Successful running applications and new applications are envisaged to be developed within the public domain by opening the application source code and it is also intended to encourage innovation inside and outside Government by encouraging collaborative development to achieve better products in less time.

e-Gov application source open approach—including the use and release of application source to public—can reduce costs, reduce development time, and improve overall quality, including security through increased transparency and mass peer review.

Usually hazard is created by picking up the mobile phone more often during driving.When a call came from Boss,everbody pick up the mobile phone.It leads to serious accidents and more serious in crowdy places.The solution may be that a feature of driving option may be added like silent mode,vibration etc.When any person call at that particular no. the computer should ping that person is driving please call after some time.With this neither boss gets irritated nor person gets tensed by not picking

सर जी, मै एक महत्वपूर्ण सुझाव देना चाहता हूँ की, अभि इस website का application बनना चाहीये. उसके साथ साथ मैने windows phone पे एक application देखा . उसका नाम है 'Citizen Next', जो microsoft corporation' ने बनाया है, जो आम लोगो को महापालिका से जोडता है, जिस से लोग अपने परिसर कि जो भी समस्या है जैसे कचरा, खड्डे , traffic etc उसके फोटो निकाल कर post कर सकते है. ये सुविधा फिलहाल सिर्फ हैदराबाद (GHMC) में चल रही है. इस तरह के महत्त्वपूर्ण application पुरे भारत में अधिकृत होने चहीये, ये विनंती है.

I don’t know that whether this is the right place to share this but, I want to point out about the Shine City project running in Lucknow which is M2M platform for selling houses on installments. They are selling houses very aggressively and the customers are the lower income people like paanwala’s etc. The amount of land being sold is too large to imagine. I have even talked to employees of the firm who are skeptical about the land being offered. The way it is running raises eyebrows. It is about the poor people life-long earning. I just wish that something to check the authenticity of this can be done.

Problem with Postal service of India. no one wants to work here. latest example is Aadhaar card, I have been communicated by Aadhaar authority that my Aadhar letter has been dispatched in August 2014 by SPEED POST. Its November end and i have no clue where is my letter. Govt. is spending crore of rupees in this initiative and postal dept. is simply ruining this :(

Fixing our URBAN INFRASTRUCTURE MESS - Why can't we have a city tax like most of the developed world? This tax which amounts to 1% to 2% stays with the city and is managed by team headed by a mayor (5 year term) and his team (all urban departments). This way we will have some budget and local control to invest and develop each of our cities. Without a meaningfull budget(incl property taxes) and local elected leadership we will not make significant progress.

Two things to be implemented - 1. Currency number based cash accounting and 2. Survey No. based Land accounting; All the citizens should compulsorily file a IT return in which, they need to show the cash in hand with currency number as of 31st March;If they do not want that, should deposit in Bank; Banks should maintain Currency number based cash accounting and All Sub-registrar offices in India should be interconnected with IT dept to check non-revenue generating land for which write code

Cant there be any CENTRAL INDIA's AGRICULTURE INSURANCE AGENCY? which wrks same like car insurnce, life insurnce!!! Which will collect minimum insurnce amount from evry single farmer from entire India during evry planting seson n provide d relief amount if d farmer has gone through crop loss due to natural calamty. It will directly help d STATE GOVERNMENT insted of prvidng funds frm state treasure n bringng it in loss. If it wrks d invlmnt of polctns cn be prvntd n lgre amnt of coruptn wl stop
