The Policy on Collaborative Application development by Opening the source code of Applications intends to increase the pace of application development and rapid roll out/ implementation by adopting the principles of open-source development model. Government wants to promote reuse of existing developed applications. Successful running applications and new applications are envisaged to be developed within the public domain by opening the application source code and it is also intended to encourage innovation inside and outside Government by encouraging collaborative development to achieve better products in less time.

e-Gov application source open approach—including the use and release of application source to public—can reduce costs, reduce development time, and improve overall quality, including security through increased transparency and mass peer review.

Increase total credit to MSME sector from 6 lakh crore at present to 15 lakh crore by 2019. Give them credit at repo rate. The budgetary support required to be given to banks will be Rs 30000 crore (@ 2% of credit). This will generate 27 crore new jobs (each lakh invested in MSME generates at least three jobs). It will also add at least 3% to the GDP.

Sir , gov have talked about the Digital India, Clean India,Clean Ganga and talking initiative towards it, but one of the measure concern about the farmers is neglected . farmers are not getting the value to their good. there condition is very critical , particularly water and there is water scarcity .And Whenever the farmers product are produced , the trader decreases the rates of farm product, and farmers due to insufficient fund, has to sell at lower rate .

Government should like at getting various services into an apps form and then allow citizens to come out with apps which can be then hosted to help citizens to use the services of the government. For e.g., we can have an app for getting certificates like birth, death etc, similarly for applying for passport, VISA etc. This will help greater participation and new ideas along with opening source for an application and in parallel, government should strengthen control on data and network

Modi Sir. The idea of digital india will be complete if we get decent broadband wireless/wireline services. In India private players are campaigning about speed 6mbps to 9 mbps where actual speed we get is lesser than 256 or 512 kbps adhering with TRAI of minimum speed 256/512kbps. If minimum speed is marked at 2mbps consumers won't be cheated by private players, competencies with private players will increase and so tariffs will further reduce making internet affordable for all.
