Respected sir, Due to pandemic economic conditions of people was affected and they focus on quantity, not on quality food. It's our responsibility as a dietitian and academician introduced some low-cost nutritious foods and improve quality of life to make pakhawada successful. Thank you

1)Broadly, Indian traditional food is proved to be more nutritional and healthy compared to readymade, modern and junk food. 2)For better digestion, enough fibres and vitamins should be included 3) As far as possible, natural hard food may be chewed instead of processed soft food for dental health. 4)Enough water should be consumed. 5)Salt, Sugar and maida should be consumed as less as possible.6) Protein must have place in daily food.7)Fruits give vitamins 8)Avoid Overeating

Arrangement for proper cold storage facility among cluster of villages needs to be arranged to avoid damage of food grains and more specially the vegetables including potato onions etc. This would go a long way in helping the cultivators the due return of their produce and people in general, would be assured of a continuous supply of vegetables. the food preservation and canning centres already established under Agriculture department need to be revamped. may be made to operate 24x7

Obesity is the next cancer if not the pandemic ! Physical comforts and convenience is amongst the highest ! people are paying millions to do exercises ! indian government prepared for it ? what are the research fields ? with physical comforts very necessary to have a low diet ? research required now on the saint mata giri bala who did not eat ( autobiography of an yogi ) and many others who were powerful with not much diet ? how about Queen Draupadi/Krishna feeding guests with 1 grain of rice
