I am a villege boy.I can understand the basic problem of education.without insulting anybody I just want to say that Indian research in the field of law is very poor.because the basic concept are not clear of us. The present system law university is more attractive than depth of study.please go through the syllabus.Indian constitution evidence CPC crpc is the basic law in all the relevant field.but the other ancillary law gets more importance than this law.If a person will not focus on this law

the classification of education system into primary, secondary and higher education should not be associated with specific class level but with the ability of student to lead a conscious life . as for example if a person knows his defined locality socially, economically, politically, and has a certain degree of capability to earn livelihood one can say that the said person has attained primary level of education

primary education-class system should be replaced with a knowledge level system where a defined standard and ability is to be associated with primary level of education i.e. say a child has completed basic recognition of letters, alphabets, numbers, one has completed one level of primary education.

Education at every stage must include awareness about National interests, priorities of Country and development of good habits from the very beginning. Compulsory training in Defense services for 1 to 2 years must be made compulsory during / before award of degree & pre- requisite for any service career. So, before one is ready to serve the country in any sector he/she must understand well the discipline, punctuality and national priorities and would be able to handle difficult situations.

Govt should do something on colleges and universities offered degrees.Look and feel deeply today in our country engineers,MBAs found in bunches.i saw engineers and management graduate with first class degree and collage working for just 8000-10000 rupess.can u believe that? past govt approved collages everywhere in india without any calculations and today we have bunches of unemployed graduates people.i think govt should stop to approve new collages and reviews old ones to stop that.

Early education should focus on hygiene, development of etiquette, knowledge, team work, and creativity. Many parents toda are not in position to appreciate importance of the above qualities for development of a child. It is said "Child is the father of man", hence schools and the education policy should focus on development of citizens of the India that keeps its cultural heritage alive, protects its flora and fauna, is competitive in trade, commerce, service, and scientific progress.

for cultural integration abolish all minority educational institutions like convents, madrassa and educational institutes run by one particular religion or language or ethnic group. prepare a national curriculum and convert all primary and secondary education into kendriya vidyalaya system where students of all caste, religion are required to study common syllabus. seeds of majority and minority separatism are being sown by these schools who are also receiving funds from foreign countries
