Encourage all states to follow the three language system like in karnataka. English, Hindi and State language. Now a days people are constantly moving from one state to other for new opportunities, having knowledge of 3 languages is a boon.

Education is an expensive function, and therefore the connection between money and education is a frequent issue. Local governments struggle with school budgets and parents struggle with tuition costs. Just how does money relate to education? Free and quality education should be implemented jointly by Government, NGO'S, Private Welfare Trusts and Public in each area. Education is now commercialized. In future, Education should not be commercialized.

Give more importance to practical education. More focus is needed to instill ethics through moral education in students, developing leadership qualities. Give more importance to environmental education. Make students aware how can they use their basic rights to improve the society. Each student should get a proper stage to showcase his talent. Promote quality education in government institutes. Only those technical institutes that have proper laboratories and enough staff should be allowed.

Every subject must be available in the child's mother tongue. Hence translation of all the technical books to regional languages is the necessity.

I have posted my views just now..in addition to this- new education policy can also be linked with population control issue. Example, those parents can be benefited if they have 2 child in their family. Some extra benefits also can be planned.New policy also can be linked with Green India mission by encouraging them to plant trees in their school education tenure and maintain them.so that they can be rewarded with a good money instead of their planted & healthy trees PMs all plan can be linked.

Teachers competences should be checked from time to time. Technology should be used, like, on line refresher courses for teachers and educators. Promotions in educational institutions should be exposure based rather than experience based. Worth of the teacher should be assessed rather than number of years in teaching. Necessary training for all organizational heads to run the institution in democratic way by introducing management skills for them.
