1. Smooth Policies - Govt policies which can impact RnD projects like some tools/machinary imports, Land, some clearances etc, should be very smooth for RnD startups. 2. Financial Support/Encouragement - Govt should launch some programs by which RnD firms/fellows can continue their work. 3. Collobaration with Universities/Colleges to boost RnD - Provide required support to the set of Scholars who are doing some Rndwork at University/Colleges.

Research & Innovation r the two pillars that would give the final push to our growing knowledge economy. We as a country have seen success to a certain extent in producing world level doctors, engineers, IT Professionals and in quite a huge number if I might say. But while we have some great scientists & innovators to talk of too - their numbers are very small. A case in point is the number of PHDs- there is huge dearth of PHDs even though there are a large numbers of Govt. schemes!

More laboratories have to be set up throughout the country for which funds have to be released. Innovation and Entrepreneurship shall be developed right from young ages. Inputs by way of lectures and face to face interviews by real time entrepreneurs shall be of great help.

I have some ideas to raise the quality of education. For simple graduation like B.A/B.com there is no need of separate college or university. It can be started in schools by adding three more years. In this way every student can do graduation which is the dream of every student. All colleges and universities should be converted into technical and engineering institutes. It will give the chance to more students to get education of their choice and reduce the tough competition of entrance exam.
