The government should start small projects and involve graduate and post graduates students to conduct research Today large number of researchers are depended on internet. Cut Copy and paste has become a routine work for the researcher. Please discourage such practices. The government can create their own research problems in which they want research to be done or promote individual ideas for research. You have learn to trust the ideas of the youth for a better India. This will stop brain drain

Students are not only the future but backbone of any country. We must focus on education system before adopting for making change in any other faculty. It highly depends upon how students have been educated on and to educate them with a system which can develop their inner power, intellectual and also make them a patriot citizen is a duty of govt. One must have to learn, utilise their abilities to build a nation stronger and self-dependent rather than depending upon other nations for technology

There should be some guidelines to all schools like they'll conduct competition on several occassions like National sports day,National science day, national technology day, teachers day, international women day, children day,15 aug,26 jan,2 oct etc.students will be actively participate and learn & share so many things like team spirit.we can search hidden talent.we need all rounders not the bookworms who have only marks & nothing else.

Promote research and innovation according to the needs of the society. Encourage research in the grass roots than highly complex products. For example knowing why diseases are becoming more prevalent in spite of technological advancement in healthcare is more important than mission to mars.
