Government of India has department of Pharmaceuticals, Biotechnology, Science & Technology shuld at least know WHAT IS INDUSTRIAL RESEARCH & TEAMWORK? Its agencies like ICMR, CSIR spending crores on producing Ph.D and research papers. How many ANDAs and NDA to USFDA are filed by these agencies or its constituents labs? You don't see any team work in the direction of Industrial research taken by its scientist. All are following individual research work on indigenous drugs, diagnostic and ideas.

Post 3: For example, DRDO wants to develop some system. they can divide it in to multiple paths and give them as a projects to different universities. These universities will give these projects to their student and thereby it will increase the confidence and research quotient of studet and also helps govt. research body to develop everything indegenously.

Post 2: HEre in germany it is very common that a student writes bachelor, master or PHD thesis in a company R&D department. University prof and industry supervisor (Who is PHD) helps him/her to get through the topic. This trend has to be started to produce quality engineers and scientists. Further more ISRO, DRSO and other govt. research bodies must hire Master students as young researchers and later they can also pursue PHD in the same organization. This will increase cooperation in innovation

I study in germany. I plan to come back once I complete my study. Here now a days I see that Germany is attracting Indian students for PHD by giving them for e.g. 1500 Euro a month as Stipend. See first we have to stop PHD brain drain. for this we have to give them stipend around 30000 with Taxation relaxation as they have in germany. Further more, we must encourage cooperation between industry and Universities. NExt continues in my next post 2
