We are living in India where M.Tech passed candidates are working as DATA ENTRY OPERATOR. So, you can think that Where We stand in the WORLD. It is really shameless to us. There is limit & constraint of salary to private colleges. The most important thing is that NO ONE IS HEARING the problem of COMMON MEN.

We all know that research and development needs time, talent and money. But Indian governments do not give time to the talent which is rapidly draining to other R&D master countries like USA, China, Germany.. and as far as money is concerned in India, politicians would not like to give up the tax payer's money for some R&D. They would stash it in their lovely foriegn accounts and cry for the money for doing R&D.

Just like innovation fund created for Beti Bachao, Beto Padhao Scheme, create same kind of fund for IIT and NIT students at so that the innovative ideas can get converted into reality and doesn't face lack of financial support.

An idea can come at any level i.e. doesn't matter whether you are a student, or technical assistant or asst. professor with M.tech or professor with Ph.d . But the problem with government grant is that they provide their grant only for Ph.d holders and this restrict the financial assistance to Ph.d holders only. in other sense our financing institution are clipping the talent. This must be changed and such arrangements shd be done so that any one (irrespective of education background) can apply.

Most of the professional education &/or research institutes select Scientists or teachers only on basis that how strong they are theoretically rather than their practical capabilities. I think that’s why we are lagging behind in research sector. I hope this issue should be addressed properly.

Number of innoc\vative ideas are there in students but all are not previlleged enough to get proper platform. Our education system is not focusing much on understanding, there is no use of practicle knowledge on our system. We are not concentrating on Knowledge we only test informations. That is why our students not think more but do cramming, Their goal is not acquiring deep knowledge but only marks. We have to rethink and replan our education system

To promote research and innovation, we need to promote independent learning and support it. The sheer numbers in class rooms beat even a good teacher. We need to come out with solutions where we have more batches in a school with reduced school hours so that the infrastructure is utilized well ; most schools are deserted after 3.00PM. This will ease the numbers and make teaching very effective with students getting more personal attention from the teacher.

Success doesn't necessarily come from breakthrough innovation but from flawless execution. A great strategy alone won't win a game or a battle; the win comes from basic blocking and tackling.

In Gurukul system, the focal point in the system was the student and not the teacher. The teacher was a mere facilitator who made students explore knowledge with their speed and their strengths. The system focused on the strengths of the child and not its weaknesses alone. The modern Indian education system since last 150 years has only been pointing out the wrongs in a child rather than the rights. The parents , teachers, students all have learned to concentrate on what is not achieved .
