Priya Prandhanmantriji, aapki sarkar ham yuvaawo ke liye kuchh bhi nahi kar rahi hai. sabse pahle to mai ye kahna chahunga ki aap shiksha ke chhetra me aarakshan ko samapt kare. Hame ye samajh nahi aata ki ham GENERAL ya OBC wale kyu usi exam ko qualify karne ke liye jyada padhe aur S.C./S.T. wale bhai log kam padhe aur qualify ho jaye. Agar aapko lagta hai ki we log pichhde huye hai to aap unka admission free kijiye, unhe colleges me admission dilwaiye, unhe books/stationary free available kare

For Job creation,i recommend, to do cleaning of canals/mini canals by its surrounding peoples like gang mans in railways & also making rural road parallel to these water paths by the same categories, training can be given to them, for it,this will help for equal distribution of wealth a little by replacing contractors from this field. On the same pattern 1 acre from every 50 acres, there should be a green belt, having fruit trees, govt should acquire land in this ratio & depute one family to do care.

The government has severely slashed the budgetary allocation for research. Research scholars are out on the streets protesting for what they deserve. To add to their insult the MHRD secretary misbehaves with them. How does the PMO be silent under such circumstances.

1.Practicals should be promoted in schools as well as in colleges,& weightage of practicals should be enhanced as compared to theory. 2.CBSE should give permission to open schools only to those who have adequate labs for students. 3.The syllabus should give preference to the practicals,& it should be assured that schools don't distribute marks to everyone like nothing, but give marks on the basis of performance & attendance. 4.A total revamp of UGC & AICTE is required.

From primary class to bachelor degree, our brains are trained for memorization of lot of concepts in limited time and getting good marks. For research and innovation, critical thinking is required. To do innovate some new things, out of book thinking is required. O sorry! but our brains are not trained for this. We can score good marks by reading the books written by foreigner - our brains are not just trained for arguing on those concept, experimenting and changing those concept & thinking own

The complaint about brain drain is unjustified keeping in mind the exploitation with respect to salaries in India. Promotions should be made on the basis of capabilities and not on the basis of seniority like government organizations in India. Skills are not utilized properly here and salary increases on the basis of seniority and not talent. We need RTI to ensure the government works properly for creating infrastructure, else our taxes will keep rising to compensate for the poor.
