Like opening libraries in societies, you should open laboratories in each community or district. This will promote research.

my suggestion is to recruit a lot of young boys n girls as policemen (or create force parallel to police) & post two officers after every 2 or 3 KM as a watchpost. The said watchpost (convertible to a checkposts ) will be operational 24 hours & the officers will be on shift duty of 8 hrs each. This will not only ensure safety to the delhi citizens but will also provide a lot employement to the eligible youth. I feel atleast one lakh youth (both male & female ) will get a chance. JaiHind

Sir Our education policy needs over all change. In 21 century when even rickshaw puller in uses mobile phones and net access then the class rooms too needs to undergo change. The text books to be printed in bolder fonts as smaller fonts drives away the urge to read among the school kids. Being a school teacher for the past 26 years I noticed it. Education policy must encourage inclusive classrooms as this is the best way to make the future of the country to shed discrimination.

There should be a national students survey to ensure quality learning and satisfaction. An agency should ranks the institutes irrespective of their status. All institutes under all ministries should be brought under one platform of NHERC and the policies should be same for all. The institutes should be funded based on their ranking and students survey and student numbers.

Sir, some students who are brilliant should be allowed to pass the class exams faster, instead of wasting their time in normal schools. They can overtake other normal students and go Into higher classes at a faster pace. This should not hamper their overall development. Govt needs to participate In recognising and rewarding these students. Boarding and lodging facilities in the school campus will help them achieve better focus and use their time more fruitfully. Innovation begins at early age.

Sir, Innovation can be achieved by recognising talented students. Special schools for the best students. This does not mean constructing new schools but getting all best students in few designated schools with research facilities. We will have to segregate brilliant students at early stage and involve them into research. The Govt will have to allocate funds and state of art facilities to these schools in line with IITs and streamline the innovation concept. IITs can search such students.

To promote Innovative Culture in school, teachers & students of every class should select 1 student per week as Innovative Leader for coming up with new ideas/concepts.He/She must be publicly rewarded in front of other students & public, this will encourage others to come up with innovative ideas.School should have separate Hall Of Fame for Innovative Students. If student pursue his innovative thought/idea & follow-up with more research on the matter, he must get scholarship from Industry/Govt.

To promote Innovation, All Educational Institution should join the Bodies like National Innovation Foundation-India(an autonomous body of the Department of Science and Technology,Government of India). Honey-Bee Network should be spread to all parts of the country with contribution from all corners of the country under guidance and vision from the Central Govt. R&D and Innovation should be linked & promoted in Toto. Presently not many people are aware about NIF, we need to spread awareness.
