Medium of instruction in every school must be only in the mother tongue. We should inculcate the skill development in the education. This will motivate the child to come to school regularly. "Going to School" is a body which is doing an excellent job in skill development in govt schools.

Medium of instruction in every school must be only in the mother tongue. This will benefit both the student and language. Student can grasp the subject faster because the subject is in mother tongue he need not spend time converting from English to mother tongue to understand the subject. Existing subject material which is available mostly in English should be converted to mother tongue which will create new scientific and technological words in local languages which will improve the language.

English,Hindi and Regional language, all 3 deserve importance.English for its practical importance for professional reasons, Hindi being the common language that binds every Indian together and Regional language being the cultural identity of every culture. A system should be in place that those weak in English do not feel inferior and helpless. English should be introduced at an early level. All state boards should have a uniform standard or level of English.

I found that in India all entrance test for education and government post must be based on respective area. Because all exam have same base that is Aptitude test and i did not find in any worth and usefulness in these all exam and their respective educational field even this aptitude test does not benefits more then 8.6% at all . So all exams must be based on duties and responsibilities of future positions and can give worth in skills, Development & Employability. And It is Very Essential.

Recognize languages as technologies of effective communication and exchange of ideas in a knowledge driven society. Recognize languages as universal technologies not confined to any geographical region. Promote Devanagri as a common script for languages of the Indian subcontinent. For the languages/ dialects that donot have a script promote the literature writing in Devanagri. These initiatives should be taken by people who want to work for it and should not be left to the bureaucracy / industry
