At present our Police Force is good, but it should be as our superb military force. Therefore henceforth change the present recruitment rules as per military force. There service tenure should be as per military force and obviously pay scales too.Then only we can get physically fit and alert police men, the positive effect of this can be seen while law and order situation.

There should be One Department which should be responsible for Checking ,Monitoring ganga water. This department should be sole responsible for Cleanliness of Ganga. There should be online checking (Sensors can be installed up stream and down stream) of Pollution in Ganga Water Entering particular town and Outside Town boundaries. This will directly Point that which Town is polluting Ganga and up to which Level. Presently Nagar Nigam, Jal nigam, Pollution etc spending budget but don't take work
