To preserve and promote various facets of the tribal life relating to culture, tradition, customs and their skills, the Ministry of Tribal Affairs proposes to organize a tribal carnival with culture troupes from various tribal communities of different State/UTs, in Delhi during the 3rd or 4th week of February, 2016. The carnival shall showcase various facets of tribal culture.

Besides various activities, it has also been decided to felicitate eminent achievers from tribal communities who have excelled in different field, during the event. This is with a view to recognize & convey an image of tribal achievers as role models for the society. This will also recognize the contributions and versatile role of tribal people in Indian society.

Through the MyGov platform, the Ministry of Tribal Affairs is looking for tribal achievers (with detail credentials of their achievement) in various fields like sports, academics, music, art, dance, doctor etc.

The last date to submit your comments is 30th September, 2015.

जनजाति आनंद उत्‍सव में जनजातियों में व्‍याप्‍त कुरीतियों को दूरे करने जैवविविधता का संरक्षण जैसे दुर्लभ जडी बूटियों,जीव जंतुओं,पशु पक्षियों,पेड पौधो को संरक्षित करने पहाडों को हराभरा बनाने शहद गौंद जंगली जउी बूटियों का उत्‍पादन पर्यावरण,जंगल,जलस्‍त्रोंतों के संरक्षण हेतु भी पुरस्‍कार रखे जावे ऐसे जनजातीय व्‍यक्तियों समूहों को प्रोत्‍साहित किया जावे ा

Tribal's have there unique folklore, culture, art and way of living. the best encouragement to talent in them is to establish, culture centers in each and every tehesil which they live in which can give them stage and trade opportunities. these culture centers can provide regular employment, market for there art and handy crafts & also felicitate tourism.

Agriculture and related industries are the greatest gift for tribal people.One such magic crop is Industrial HEMP. After a lot of research, it is my recommendation to our Government to create a Hemp Board similar to Rubber Board or Coconut Board considering its huge potential. Attached a document with details how this will irradiate poverty, create jobs and avenues for tribal people to create arttifacts using hemp fibers

for development of north east states- please make it mandatory for all hindi and english news channel to show 1.5 hour per day news covering stories from assam and other north east states. This will have very positive impact on people here as well as people of our country. The people of other states are not aware of this region's beauty and culture. Moreover the image in the minds of people of our country about north east states is not soo good and its versa is also somewhat true.#MyGov

narendra modi ji implemented many schemes in that one of my favourite one is pradhan manthri gram sadak yojana.this schemes main theme is rich helping poor by adopting one village,if we see many politicians, film people crickters have lots of money with them...if you make popular this scheme it will get beneficial for poor people.......even all rich people should implement this scheme including narendra modi ji..........thank you

Our Tribal lived directly under the blessing of nature, they lived in such a society where nobody was liability,no enemy, nature was their god, doctor and friend. We always tried to bring them to our urban society which is very good. We have very much hope from the present government. I hope we can adapt few in our school education. 1. The way they lived happily without any fear 2. Their expertise in Ayurveda 3. Their love to Nature 4. Their love to animals 5. Their innocent life style

Respected Modi Sir, As well all know sir private schools does not care about the people in rural areas then what is the option for the children in rural areas because In some areas there are lot of gov which do not have an efficient teacher who can teach the student the correct knowledge which a student wants.Sir I request you because we all know your busy schedule organize a "SWATCH SHIKSHA ABHIYAAN" for like you have organised for Cleanliness.I apologize if am wrong THANK YOU
