R/Sir, every skill of them is a talent. All of them should be encouraged by providing special schools and educating them to mingle with general public. Ofcourse their base tradition should continue with a limited time and should be more and more into general public and be part with other normal public.

i fully agree with mr. joshi that survey should be done to know their needs.Few suggestions: 1] open a cell to invite individuals, NGOs, semi retired willing citizens for survey. 2] mark the tribal areas for survey and allot willing citizens/NGOs for survey. 3] give details of the area and directions to do this job. Many semi retired citizens are willing to work for nation building without monetary reward. i had suggested involving semi retired citizens for such dignified activity earlier also.

Respected,
Recognition among talent can be done by settling some NGO's or a small institute who can go to there areas; do a survey, Understand their culture, social needs. And then creating a atmosphere where there can be a positive competition among themselves. Let them create but let us give the resources. Once they will start making resources the competition will be automatically converted into jobs. and education will be the first preference.(we will not then need to promote education.)

এই বেকারত্ব নিয়ে ভাবুন।বাংলার বেকারত্ত যে কত বেশি তা প্রমানিত হয়েছে। দারিদ্র ও বেকারত্ত মহামারি রূপ পেতে চলেছে।

God always give some gift of expertise to each human beings. How to search and analyse such talent of people is very important. The tribal areas people have so many talents, the work they done with courage, common person can't do it. Hence, If the telant of tribal people with the help of NGO,Institution and other local leader of tribal area has been given task to encourage and used the talent of such people for their own development and also the development of the nation in large interest.

An highly awkward task;To achieve the development we should penetrate light in to their inner circle of mind to alter the established ideologies of the community,as we read in Aravind adiga's white tiger - "Rooster coop" Don't let them to throw back the key of emancipation so changes should be in this arena.Giving something "material" definitely enervate someone self esteem, Talents are there, govt should empower them to explore themselves;serve as a light house,to pave way to the main stream.
