While a person withdraw his money for paying rent from ATM/online banking a option should prop up for the same so that the address could be sent to a authority for collecting information regarding owner of the address filed income Tex return or not.Other way those who live in rented house pay tax on behalf of owner. For example website portal provider pay GST by adding GST charge in rent of website of individual.

The govt. should develop a subject for class 1 to 12 in which moral values are taught and tested like all other subjects and when students get a pass certificate from education board ,it should contain a grade. These grade should also come in Aadharcard and should be a deciding factor before selecting a candidates in govt. jobs.

Develop a website in which those public servants which are implementing govt. schemes could be rated by people for whom they are responsible. All district level officer who are implementing various schemes should be known to peoples and should be rated by people of the district. It mean their promotion should be linked to points earned by them by a computerized methodology in which people of the district has a say.

It is indeed disturbing to see the pathetic condition of the students staying as Paying Guests (PGs) in the NCR. One cannot even make a wild guess as to the number of PGs that have mushroomed in this area. What is all the more frustrating is that the owners of these PGs accept rent only in cash to evade income tax. Immediate concrete steps are required to be taken, firstly, to improve the living condition of the students in the PGs and, secondly, to make the owners pay tax on rent.
