At present the person who fails to seek any other job, comes in teaching line. Only well qualified [ having experience] in child psychology [ should be recuited through a transparent recruitment system. There must not be any political or any interference in the recruitment process.

There should be "continuous education program" for teachers.
Teachers personality, individual thoughts and behavior have greater impact on children rather than their educational qualification. So teachers should be taught lessons of ethics, responsibility and other things which will improve their behavior and thoughts. They should be made aware that India's future is at stake.
Teachers should be taught about child psychology. So they can positively reinforce child thoughts and actions.

All programmes like SSA, RMSA, RUSA must have adequate funding for training teachers. All Districts should have adequate teachers training academies, which should be linked to similar other training institutes as sister institutes, so that best practices at the international level can be encouraged / shared

One method through which we can uplift the quality of teaching is through introduction of MANDATORY INTERNSHIP FOR TEACHERS ( after their degrees - BEd/BEld etc)
All professional courses undergo intership and training eg doctors, lawyers etc so why not teachers?
Teachers can be inducted in schools in the last year of their degree or professional course. The school chocie will depend upon the ranking and credits obtained by the teachers.
this will be a major step towards promoting qualit

Teaching Job in Government Schools are considered as Permanent Job with no Responsibility/Targets/Quality/up-gradation of knowledge etc. & in private schools job is through connections only. No space or reward for Quality/ Dedication/ Results etc. Hence - How can we expect them to deliver ...... Change should come from the TOP.... Education/ Nakal - Mafia/Syndicate is the reality of the Day.. Leaders have to Govern. Education Reforms, Social Reforms, Police Reforms are based on Political Reform.
