in service/motivation courses to extend & update their knowledge
proper appraisal(self/others) system should be implemented so that each teacher is assessed regularly and systematically.
promotions/increments should be given on the basis of this.
grades should be given to teachers after periodic assessments (by various means) conducted after 2 or 3 years.

Teachers should be appointed not on the basis of degrees but on the basis of their teaching skills only the teacher should be twelfth pass. Some people while continuing graduation can teach extremely well. Their demo should be the basis of selection so their studies & earning go hand-in-hand.

Teachers are architects of future 'Bharat'. They should be filled with enthusiasm & pride. They should be trained so that
- they feel to be proud of being 'Bharatiya,
- they know they need to spend more time on 'weak' students & give more freedom to 'brighter' ones,
There should be many more teacher training institutes. Entrepreneurs should be encouraged to invest in nation building through this. And there should be tax concessions for them.

Teachers should be given a license for any one domain they are competent in . Licence should be issued after three years of teaching by the Employer .The teachers must keep updating the respective skill for its renewal . The benchmarks as given in PINDICS must be set up by NCERT for all classes .Teachers can apply for the licence from NCTE/NCERT/CBSE . Only such teachers should be promoted specially in Government Sector.
