Teachers are architects of future 'Bharat'. They should be filled with enthusiasm & pride. They should be trained so that
- they feel to be proud of being 'Bharatiya,
- they know they need to spend more time on 'weak' students & give more freedom to 'brighter' ones,
There should be many more teacher training institutes. Entrepreneurs should be encouraged to invest in nation building through this. And there should be tax concessions for them.

Don't give teachers any other duty other than related to teaching and school. Mostly this sector is widely used for all govt. activities like election, health dept., etc.
Kindly give them enough time to think and plan about our kids future.

There must be an educational and psychological seminars for primary teachers too so that the base of education must be strong as weak roots cannot hold strong trees on them. SO we must have a strong check on primary education.
