2. All the govt teachers are sending their children to public schools why?. Are they not confident enough to teach their children in Govt schools, so why they give importance to govt teaching job. As there is a job grantee either they do their job correctly or not they will get the salary on time and no body is bothering that how r they teaching children in schools

I do not I know that it would be acceptable or not which i am going to share to improve the quality of Govt school.
1. First of all we should improve the quality of teachers in govt schools, I am unable to understand that govt teacher and teacher in public schools are getting same pay band approved by the education ministry but results of govt v/s public schools are totally different.

First of all, our teachers need to be trained in
Classroom participation
Involvement of the children in the lessons
Presentation of learning materials
Actual implementation of the lessons
Practical uses of the material learnt
Classrooms must become breeding grounds for new ideas. The teacher needs to be trained in tapping and encouraging new ways of thinking and doing.

The quality of education can thrive only under dedicated teachers. Such teachers should be employed to teach and train the new generations of teachers who have nothing to each except their memorized knowledge. Present teachers are more interested in private tuition and holidays. If head masterji loves to impart knowledge, then other teachers are likely to follow his ideal. We need value education with a touch of humanism.

new policy should be implemented in a way that
1)teacher must do attain practices seminars before start taking classes
2)pay scale of teachers must be increased or decreased by their performance in practice classes ,this are the vacational classes where they practice how to teach and explain topics to students

Quality in teacher education is the dire need of the hour.We must ensure that the best educationists/teachers should reach the teacher training institutes.Posting in a teacher training institute should become a symbol of excellence and not a punishment or comfort zone posting.Excellent trainers will produce excellent teachers. One more thing that can be done is the practical part of teachers' education needs to be increased. They should be given optimum chances to teach before they pass out.

At present for appearing CTET/NET the maximum age limitation is 35 years. But I think in our modern age practical oriented education system a teacher is competent only when he/she has some exposure on field-work.That means a history teacher would be efficient only when he has some knowledge of historical research or work based on practical history project like curator/historical tourism etc.So a person who has a relevant degree with handful years of practical experiences must be a good teacher.

At first i am glad to know that we common people are also contributing in such an activity like" new education policy".I am also a teacher and i have minutely observed that steps should be taken to train and skill the teachers in their respective subject and sphere. For this, special classes, camps and seminar must be organised to fulfil desired goals.
