Please abolish reservation system. Have to select and appoint teachers based on their Knowledge and on their academic values but not based on their Caste. Teachers play an important role in every students life when the teacher himself/herself don't know anything but selected only on the basis of caste how he/she can teach the students ? I've experienced this myself... in my secondary school most of the teachers were failed to Give their best. they simply come and go...

I know once understood and explained, people would be ready to sacrifice and dedicate their comfort, but who sets the direction of efforts. Teachers like others have lost hopes. With foreign companies & people coming in, Children need 2 b prepared for 2morrow. Now, it will not be like a world 40 years back. They can be molded rightly only when teachers know what to teach so that children do not fall in traps, blinded or brainwashed, fooled and used. They have self respect & can know good r bad

What the nation would be after 20 years depends upon the quality of foundation built by primary and middle school teachers today. They need to be explained the dangers and challenges being faced by the nation today. They need to be explained that for a golden tomorrow, nation needs sacrifices of this generation. Huge debt ( 450 Billion $), Weak currency ( Rs 60 per $), huge ignorant population, falling moral values and self esteem, growth in social evils like corruption, cut throat competition.
