Teacher develops child brain. The child becomes parents and/or teacher. Now he along with education system develops next generation. The process is going on and a nation's future builds upon teacher and education system. In 1853, there was one lord Macaulay, now there are 200 crores. This is education policy that make country. No one is innovative, no one thinks- how to think critically, how to increase thinking power of student, how to make them innovative, everyone thinks what to teach.

Selection procedure of Teachers needs to be improved along with the school management. We should ask big manufacturing companies to take up CSR activities by taking management responsibility of government run schools so that quality teachers and better education can be given with similar standards provided by Private schools. Training institutes for Teachers can be run as a CSR activity giving quality training to teachers of Government run schools.

Teacher s working in autonomous bodies n private sector have two main difference(1) they have a fear of losing job if they don't teach properly while in autonomous bodies job security.(2) private sector teacher excell their teaching abilities to attract more students in coaching. In my opinion to overcome this(1) in autonomous bodies feed back should be taken from ex students ,( atleast 2 yrs ex not more than ,5 yrs ex) teacher not qualifying should be asked to go on LWP for atleast 2 yrs.

Teacher is builder of nation. Now a days govt. Recruited best possible option by taking sevral test like ctet, net etc. But still education in govt. Schools is not good. Teachers don't want to teach. If we want to be superpower then pls there must be quality education in govt schools. They must compete pvt. Schools. So that there is equal chances for every students. There must be proper teacher training in summer vacation for better learning & innovation
