In government sector high percentage of posts of principals are lying vacant. Can a school run without a principal. A big NO.Giving you a case of MCD education department delhi.30 to 40% posts of principals are lying vacant and this is happening in BJP rule. All promotions are through same department. Then why not happening.Government is responsible for this.

In regard to our teachers which are the backbones of our education system, my suggestion is to create a central board for recruitment of teachers. A bank of vacancies all over india should be created there and regular exams should be conducted by that board for filling the vacancies. That board would also be responsible for regular assessment of teaching quality. As we all know states are having multiple tests for teachers' recruitment which should be scrapped totally.

Find out people who understand the dangers being faced by the nation and who are ready to dedicate themselves for the national cause without any self interest, unite them as resources and then initiate the chain reactions in all damaged areas.

Leadership needs to make teachers aware the current dangers nation & society is facing. We need to win trust of people including teachers by setting examples & need to appeal teachers and youth to dedicate themselves for the nation, to save it from the dangers. What they sow today will be reaped after 20 years. Damage done in last 40 years can not be repaired in a short time without sacrifices. Once all on board, teacher needs to be trained to promote national feelings, love, values.Karo Ya Maro.

Finding it difficult to explain a complex subject in 500 words. Population has grown many fold and hence insecurity and dedication to the nation. I think majority of children born around 1975 onwards have missed the fundamental foundation in education which teaches about love and duties towards nation, harmony and respect for people from other religions and languages and national unity, ethics and values. Many students who have it is primarily due to family or surroundings. This needs to change.

Some of us have to come forward and break the close loop because citizens (teachers included) have lost trust in the system. I am talking of period 1975~76. Population was growing which was resulting in insecurity and competition in all areas. Tution and coaching were rare that time and we used to enjoy sports, scouting etc with studies. After 72~ 74 onwards, tuition and commercialization started because insecurity and attraction of luxury and power replaced national feeling & values.

Recruit teachers through campus interviews from nearby colleges & confirmation of teachers shall be awarded through a completely transparent online centralized examination. This shall be serving the following goals 1. More employ-ability of the local youth. 2. Lower attrition level for these teachers as they would be mostly local youths. 3. Reduction in the pressure on the employment agencies. 4. More transparency

1)Make salaries of all fulltime teachers who have passed B.Ed and above --- TAX FREE. This will attract quality human resource towards education. 2)Remove all kinds of reservation for admissions purposes. There should be only 1 reservation. 50% for boys and 50% for girls.
