Degree doesn't make a teacher, a teacher himself is praised by his teachings

Many teacher force students to join there private tuition , if they don't they start mentally disturbing the student by putting too many homework and less marks in spite of quoting the correct answer . This creates a worth less education . Every such unethical teacher should be banned from providing education for life. This is a very serious issue in state like West Bengal

Teacher education should contain the basic requirement of teachers connecting with the students. Teachers should be able to connect to individuals to understand students pros & cons. This will help them to have different approaches for each kid. I think some basic psychology should be a part of the training for teachers.Good patience and attitude are the need of the hour in teachers.

Recruitment of teachers must be based on their Knowledge & Educating qualities. In our country, we see teachers are recruited on the basis of their Degrees or Certifications which most of them achieve as a formility for finding jobs.

Sir
The tenure for a principal in that central school is of 3 years only. But the principal is there for 6 years. It is requested that some actions may be taken on such issue also as the students suffer alot due to such teachers.

Sir
In this regard I would like to inform that there are many Central Schools from which the principal and the teachers have not been transferred from one school. They are there for many years and creating monopoly over those schools. It is very important that teachers and principals are transferred in the prescribed time limit. There are many instances where a teacher is in the same school for around 10 years and the principal for 6 years.
