Respected sir,
Thanks for giving opportunity to share my thoughts.Teaching is not just a job,so how can a degree identified the quality of a teacher and it's does not matter how degree will be done. There are requirement to change the policy of selecting teacher - anyone who had good academics in any stream, who really want to teach should be allowed for teaching. There is no need to bound teaching to perticular degree instand of it some training program should be held for teachers in all school.

Even if govt has implemented the recommendations of 6th Pay commision in the teachers also but the teachers of Private schools are not getting it. It may be also in all private & public school which are affiliated with the CBSE/ICSE or state board. It should be mandatory. As these schools are not paying properly so the good skilled persons are not selecting the teaching as profession & the only the students are suffering as the quality of teachers affects & teachers are changing frequently.

For better study make all classrooms in indian schools well equipped with projectors so that teachers will not have to waste their time in writing on board . they can simply show the ready made slides . we can save at least 25% time in classrooms and use that time for doubt solving etc.

The teachers knowledge in India is not a matter of discussion. The difference of their pay structure in some states specially in odisha is a matter of concern. The teachers are getting less than a casual labour getting in Kerala. This difference should not be in the pay. There should be one pay all over the country.

Make policy for the periodic training( in the areas of subjects they handle/psychology of teaching to children/process of making responsible citizens) to all teachers(irrespective of type of school govt/private/etc) mandatory. In many cases, teachers are influencing/having impact on the children than their parents. Education ministry can create skill full trainers for this requirement. Proper procedure can be worked out to implement this requirement immediately.
