There are quite a few instances wherein teachers across India are not getting the bigger picture of some of the nuances of changes - we need to ensure any change in methodology reaches all teachers across different types of schools. Also we need to find a way in which teachers are pushed towards keeping their knowledge upgrades like in any corporate world. It could be a simple evaluation to n number of paper presentation or participation or whatever . .

Constructive teaching in constructive classrooms should be encouraged. Our students lack practical knowledge as more stress is on theoretical concept memorization.

I would suggest the followings:
- Revamp teacher’s training to make teachers who are passionate about teaching
- Remove reservation
- Increase compensation e.g. salary increase, additional benefits, etc.
- Periodic evaluation of teachers about their knowledge upgrade, with stringent penalty if they fail
Teachers should be proud of that they are preparing the building blocks for the future of our nation.

Sorry for writing so long, but I need to say this. Our current education system prepare us as a 'follower' rather than a 'leader'. Think of number of leaders we have now in India and the total number of 'educated' population, the percentage is very low. This is a clear indication that those 'few' leaders are 'born leaders', they do not need any education to become a leader. I believe most of the teachers are not 'passionate' about teaching, rather that they just consider it as a job for living.

I believe one of the main problem in our education system is the lack of capabilities, skills of our teaches. What I have seems in other countries is that the basic purpose of primary education is to build a strong foundation and overall growth of a child. To make her 'think', work on 'ideas', no matter how silly they are. In India kids are given homework to practive math, etc and they have to write it down pages after pages which to me is a no-brainer. This no way develop a chiled's brain.

Govt. school teacher are given other duties like jangadna, and trainings during school hours. maximum time students come to school and just play.
Right to eduction force teacher to make passing marks to students. othervise they (teacher) treated as a guilty and have to pay extra classes until student get passing marks.
Compitition environment has been obsolute nowadays due to grading system.

see the difference in images i send one of govt school and other private school when we dont see difference in that, that should be our target. in private fees are higher to students, low payment to teachers then also the quality of education is good. govt school teacher's own childerns are studying in private school because of heavy payout the can bear the fees of private school. every govt officer or politician never admit his family member in govt hospital or admit in govt school

Teacher education should be revamped. After plus 2 will have four years of profession course along with subject specialisation ,
pedagogy and methodology.
this will improve the quality of the teacher education.
