Only teaching books in a defined manner is not sufficient. To improve behavior, we may use learning or knowledge of people working in MNCs and Travelling abroad. To bring a high standard of behavior to teachers.(A training and test of teachers,to bring Indian society at par to developed world). Give rating and train all low performers in every state.

The first thing to be done is to revamp the usual cycle in teaching policy.
To be done:
->Double the salary(the base of the salary to be the same, but the extra hike can be determined through various ways below)
->Link this salary hike with training programmes(E-teaching etc)
->link the hike on performance of class, teaching methods used.
->Same goes with penalty, reduction from what they might have earned previously.(base salary can remain intact)

we are making a chain system and our first target is to make rohtak 100% literate in 1 year and every student goes to school. our main motto is to choose children from slum area and children are not capable to go to school due to physical and social reasons and specially those financially not capable and migrants and from slum and workers child becouse every child have right to learn and make his/her dream true and then admit to them to the nearest govt. school

Teachers' education should be made properly.
It should be made compulsory to pass and get a certificate to appoint a teacher even for private schools.
Every year all teachers should upgrade their skill by taking additional compulsory exams to continue for next year.
Teaching profession should be made more attractive by increasing their salary in line with software engineers. At the same time target should be given to them like software engineers.

I want to be really specific on this issue teachers are backbones of upcoming community if they are very well educated in their specific fields like specialists they can really help in upbringing of child in terms of education and decipline. So the selection of teachers should be the top priority and toughest one for our governament and panel of experts should also be set to check the performance of selected teachers and specialised education must be given to students as per their interests.

Please keep a bench mark while recruiting teachers. No quota / reservation , only purely talented teachers irrespective of Cast should be appointed (No hungry vote bank politics at the cost of children's education.) Good incentive , and yearly performance again not by management but by children and parents. No overburdening parents with the education of child, they are not crazy to pay high fees for their to children to learn nothing .

No other creature other than human being, sending their children in school & college for livelihood.Don't u think it is surprising!!!.Today we made education for livelihood only.We should not forget LIFE is more imp.than Livelihood.Hence it is duty of Teacher to impart such Knowledge which is immortal and which reveal eternal truth.
