How Teachers Qualitative skill maintai in Uttar pradesh were in Aided Degree College Teachers under Self-finance Scheme get only 6000/- per month salary without any other financial security. In fact "Labour" is more financial secure and better than said Degree College Teachers. I am working in B.V.P.G.College Mandhana Kanpur.I get only 6000/- salary per month because of UGC not given grant salary and I writ letters on above said issue to Hon'ble Prime Minister result is on nothing.

There are some good teachers, they make the study joyful and full of creativity, but these teacher usually complained about long syllabus, and near the end of season, they become ordinary teachers and want to complete their syllabus, because they have no other options.

There is one discrepancy I want to draw everyone's attention to. I have seen teachers getting rejected just because they were not proficient enough in English language. I guess the bottomline should be the fluency of that particular teacher for the subject he is trying to apply to teach for. It doesn't matter at all , whether the person in question is teaching them ,the students, in vernacular or any other language. It's the comprehensiveness of the content that should be at question.

To ensure teacher's health physical excursions must be carried out fortnightly.healthy teachers will only be able to impart quality knowledge to the children.it must be ensured that they are given sufficient free periods so that their vocal cords do not get overused. Many responsibilities rest on the shoulders of a woman, if in case a qualitative teacher cannot devote the whole day then there must be a provision that she can give the time as specified by her to the institution to impart knowledge
