Competence of teachers and their motivation is crucial for improving the quality. Several initiatives are being taken for addressing teacher shortages, shortages of secondary school teachers in mathematics, science and languages, improving the quality of pre-service teachers and in-service teachers professional development, enhancing the status of teaching as a profession, improving teachers’ motivation and their accountability for ensuring learning outcomes, and improving the quality of teacher educators. The objective of this theme is to assess the existing scenario and provide workable solutions to address the gamut of issues in teacher education in the school sector.

आदरणीय प्रधानमंत्री जी नमस्कार, महोदय जी शिक्षा के क्षेत्र में विभिन्न परीक्षाओं मे व रिसर्च को बढ़ावा देने हेतु कट ऑफ के बजाय न्यूनतम स्तर पर आधारित रखा जाना चाहिये क्योंकि इससे अधिक व्यक्तियों को अवसर नहीं मिलता है और एक ही व्यक्ति बारबार कटआफ मे जगह बना कर वास्तविक शोधकर्ताओं को रोकने का प्रयास करता है । आशा करता हूँ गुणवत्ता के नाम पर पनप रहे भ्रष्टाचार को आप समाप्त करने हेतु यू जी सी को कहेंगे । धन्यवाद आपका अभिषेक पारीक अजमेर

Teachers des days possess degrees but don't possess the Art of teaching. Students on the other hand are becoming smarter day by day. Therefore Pre-service training should be made compulsory for teachers. contineous up gradation of knowledge through seminars & discussions is also necessary. There is a need for teacher's association where in the teachers from all the schools in the same town should meet at least twice a week and National & International Conferences be held at least once a year.

All teachers should be recruited through competitive exams only like IAS & PCS. Training must be after selection. Transfer systems after each 3 years. Accountability on students results.

Namaste!\ Regular training for the teachers should be organized in holidays of mid term and year.. Personality development course for the teachers should be organized..So that their, creativity along with memory,intelligence will be increased..

As we know education is the light of life. Without education we can't imagine to develop India or make in India as well. In our country the most problem is education loan policy. According to me Education loan interest rate should be reduce by 5 to 6%. so any one can took education loan easily due to that most of the people can complete higher education or contribute something for make in India concept. I hope government should be reduce the interest rate. Thanks in advance, Hariom Kumar

Life skill training should be made compulsory for the teachers so that they can become catalyst in imparting life skill lessons to the students.A cost effective collaborative mechanism should be designed so that the teachers can be trained in the most appropriate manner.We could begin with a core group who could further train the other teachers in the long run.

शिक्षक राष्ट्र का निर्माता होता है भारत के शिक्षकों को प्रशिक्षण के नामपर केवल औपचारिकता हो रही है व केवल कालाधन कमाने का साधन बन गए हैं शिक्षक शिक्षासंस्थान.शिक्षको के प्रशिक्षण की पर्याप्त व्यवस्था को सुनिश्चित किया जाना चाहिएशिक्षक प्रशिक्षण पाठ्कयक्रम फिर से बनाया जाना चाहिए जिसमे भारतीय मूल्यों को रखा जाय
