Best thing is not what to teach, but how to teach.
Many of us still can remember about our some good teacher and their subjects from elementary education to bachelor degree. Even in those subjects still we can give our ideas. Reason is that those teachers gives us concepts through real life examples and practicals. And a few teacher also tries to evolve our thinking about their subjects by giving some free time to think on the topic without fear of wrong and right.

1.Teacher Training Institutions should be opened,in which each & every upcoming teacher needs to get raining from that institute.
This institute should tie up with the Foreign schools & universities via online & offline for guidance.
3.These should must visit each & every govt school during his tenure to get experience, not private schools but "GOVERNMENT SCHOOLS".
4.Before coming into this profession they should be sign a bond that they will not leave teaching in between & go to other place.

Being in the geographically variable area of jammu n kashmir, the transfer policy of such vast state should be in a manner that teacher from plan area should be adjusted in his proximity.
Some people get job on the basis of
RBA quota and migrate to urban thereby creating new vacancy and harming the man from other area who has to be adjusted in his place.
Moreover there is involvement of political actists.
I propose a policy to be framed so that teacher gives his maximum

Their should be tie up with industry etc. with the educational institutions so that what is taught should have practical implications. So in the panel of planning team should be comprising of teachers and industry people.Unfortunate is that in many cases teachers are not involved in planning who are in the field of teaching.

To develop the teaching govt. must ensure good salary, periodically development of skills for teachers through training, sufficient time for lesson preparations, clerical jobs should be reduced. It is also to be mentioned that for teachers there are too many exam to be cleared. As a result they are giving more emphasis to develop their career rather than teaching.Exploitation of teachers by private institutions must be stopped.Reduction of disparity on above mentioned can pull good quality

The complaint about brain drain is unjustified keeping in mind the exploitation with respect to salaries in India. Promotions should be made on the basis of capabilities and not on the basis of seniority like government organizations in India. Skills are not utilized properly here and salary increases on the basis of seniority and not talent. We need RTI to ensure the government works properly for creating infrastructure, else our taxes will keep rising to compensate for the poor.

Our Education Policy are faulty and way backed to british era .These Policy is just teaching us to do the office job and lacking in many area's 1.Creative works 2.engineering 3.games&sports 4. Our own Identity and Culture and many more .Here i basically want to raise 2 main points
1. attitude of teachers . in our school many teachers just tell the students to mug up and right in exam just like written in books they them self dont know the importance of topic 2.mindset of Parents about science
