Many Directorates of states are not aware of the initiatives of MHRD on collegiate education. So there is an urgent need to conduct a 2 day workshop to Directors and Principals of Collegiate Education

This is a central problem today. Teachers must be expected to excel in their B.Ed. courses, master their topics, do hands on training. but then also when they teach in schools, they should not be monitored at every step and be allowed to lead their classrooms according to their wisdom.

Teachers must be regularly be tested through an online exam. Inefficient people must be fired. Distance learning has to be incorporated across the country. This enables even a student in a remote village to be on par with every other student

Inspire educated youth to opt for teaching field by providing lucrative benefits in monetary and non monetary form, a compulsory training for all teachers on regular basis to keep them updated to requirement of present , teacher of government schools to be more serious towards their job, provide students with other than basic book syllabus in gov schools which constituent majority in india and lastly teacher should themselves be dedicated towards shaping the future of India in form of students
