In the past few months we all have worked in conjunction towards making Tumakuru a Smart City. The citizen feedback received in Stage 1 and 2 of this Challenge have been carefully analyzed to articulate the vision, goals and prioritized Area Based Development & PAN City projects proposed in the Smart City Proposal.

As part of the process for Round 3 Citizen Engagement, Tumakuru City Corporation is inviting everyone related to Tumakuru for your feedback as well as valuable suggestions on the proposal.

The Development of NH4 Bypass through Batawadi and Sathyamangala galloped the development of Residential layouts in the area around the Highway.

in 1961 it was 47277. The Population of Tumkur started increasing rapidly after the setting up of HMT watch Factory by GOI in 1978. Industrialization made Tumkur what it is today.

The municipalities and regions that are taking part in the Smart Cities project are rethinking how they deliver services to the public and which delivery channels they should use: face to face, internet, mobile, telephone, e-mail etc..

MEMORI continues to work closely with Kortrijk and Leiedal, developing survey and analytical tools for their local partners. Porism is working closely with the project’s municipal partners to develop a prototype North Sea Region/EU-wide service list, while also working closely with Norfolk County Council to support the delivery of Work Package 5 - User Involvement, Profiling and Take Up.
