The city proposes to make the development all inclusive! While the Smart City project brings convergence
of all ongoing programmes and schemes, it would be the endeavour of the City Corporation and the
Consultant to include as much smart features as possible under the Retrofitting and Pan-city projects
that are taken up under the project, hence bringing the slum dwellers, economic weaker sections,
homeless, and else under the umbrella of inclusivity
