Safety and welfare of children is of paramount importance to the Ministry. The government has not only initiated numerous schemes for the overall development of children but has made a positive difference in the lives of children by implementing them at the grassroots level. We still have a long way to go and we solicit the support of parents, civil society and media to help further our endeavour in making every child feel safe.

The Ministry is undertaking a comprehensive exercise to design a safe neighbourhood for our children. We urge all of you to join our intervention by sending your suggestions on how to make every Child feel safe.

माननीय प्रधानमंत्री मंत्री जी सबसे पहले मैं आप को धन्यवाद इस बात का देना चाहता हूँ कि आप की प्रेरणा से ही एन्ड्रॉयड फोन चलाना सीखा ।आज पहलीबार विचार साझा करने का मौका मिला ।मै उक्त विषय मे केवल इतना कहना चाहता हूँ कि हर बच्चे के माता पिता यदि पड़ोसी बच्चों को भी अपने बच्चों की तरह नजर रखना शुरू कर दे जो कभी इस भारत मां के स्वभाव और संस्कृति मे था तो बच्चों का भविष्य का निश्चित उत्थान होगा । और पुनः भारत शीघ्र विश्वगुरु बनने की दिशा मे अग्रसारित होगा।धन्यवाद। भूपेन्द्र सिंह ,पधारा, फतेहपुर उ०प्र०

बहुत से बच्चे अपने माता पिता से बिछुड़ जाते हैं।एक बड़ी तादात ऐसे मासूमो की है जिन्हें रेलवे स्टेशन या बस स्टैंड से उठा लिया जाता है ,फिर उन मासूमो को यातनाएं दी जाती हैं तथा उनसे भीख मंगवाई जाती है। प्रधानमंत्री जी जरा सोचिए कि उन माता पिता पर क्या गुजरती होगी जीने मासूम ,नादान बच्चे जो हाथ से लेकर पानी भी नही पीते थे आज भीख माग रहे है।ये एक बड़ा आपराधिक रैकेट है जो बेहद वीभत्स है।कृपया प्रधानमंत्रीजी इस विषय का गंभीरता से संज्ञान लेने की कृपा करें।

Respected Modiji, in my view, one public portal dedicated to missing kids will be helpful where anybody can upload photograph of beggar kids with their location like coordinates, address with landmark etc so that viewers can identify specific missing kid from anywhere. Frequent notifications can be send to all mobiles so that awareness can be spreaded to view this portal.

"Tabular Rasa" is a Latin phrase often translated as 'blank state' in English .It refers to the epistemological idea that individuals are born without built-in mental content and that therefore all knowledge comes from experience .so we should have a good and friendly behaviour in front of any children whether they are our relative or not. To feel safe their neighbourhood , behaviour of their neighbourhood to make their belief is one of the most important parts. Thank you.

The neighbourhood should be defined to include houses in the complete periphery of every child. The phone no. of the childs parents must be with the neighbours.The childs parents after evaluating the character of the neighbours should choose to keep the child in touch with them atleast once in 3 months More so, in the case of apartments .The childs photo may be retained with the neighbour.

परम श्रध्दे प्रधानमंत्री जी वंदन.#safeNeighbourhood जो कि बच्चों की सुरक्षा के लिये समाज को जागरूक करने का प्रयास है यह जरूरी है परंतु रानीपुर रजमों आजमगढ़ मे एनएच 233 पर नहर मार्ग पर अतिरिक्त अडरपास अनुशंसा और सरकार के निर्देश के बावजूद एक अधिकारी पीडी वाराणसी की जि के चलते नही बन रहा यह14 स्कूल और कॉलेज के हजारों बच्चो की सुरक्षा और शिक्षा से जुड़ा मसला है ऐसे निकम्में अधिकारियों के चलते शासन की पवित्र मंशा मूर्त रूप नहीं ले पारही हैं इस संदर्भ मे डीएम से मा. पीएम तक सबसे विनती की जा चुकी हैह

Respected Modiji, hume sabse pahle education ko strong banana chahiye.jisse bachchoko shiksha ka importance pata ho, socially aware rahe,kya sahi kya galat.Achhe teachers hi achhe nagrik bana sakte h.As per me shiksha par bahut jyada mahatva dena chahiye.

आदरणीय प्रधान मंत्रीजी जबतक सभी सरकारी अधीकारीयों अपना बच्चों को सरकारी शाला को नही भेजता तब तक सरकारी शाला आगे नही आता सबी सरकारी अदीकारी और राजकीय नेतावोने अपना बच्चों को सरकारी शाला में पढ़ानेका कानून लावो तब सरकारी शाला अपने अप सुदा२ण होता है नही तो 10 वी कक्शा तक पैवेट स्कुल बंद कर दो बाद में देखो सरकारी शाला कैसा बढ़ना है
