Civil Services Day is organised on 21st April every year, when civil servants re-dedicate themselves to the cause of the citizens and renew their commitment to public services. The 9th Civil Services Day in the series is being organized on 20-21st April,2015 at Vigyan Bhavan New Delhi.

The objective of this Conference is to discuss and deliberate on important aspects impinging on Civil Services, share lessons learned and exchange ideas. Inputs for the proposed Session on Housing Sector of the Conference are sought from civil servants and public at large on the following points:

1. A roof for each family in India – what are the challenges in reaching this goal?

2.Housing infrastructure: Infrastructural issues in housing sector - how to incorporate housing planning as an integral part of urban and panchayat planning.

3.Affordable housing:

-How do we coopt private sector in providing quality and affordable housing? PPP experience in India and other countries (Brazil)
-Housing finance – what are the main issues and policy solutions.
-Imperatives of urban housing – challenges of slums and low cost housing in urban/peri urban areas.

government must make rules of buildin schools.coleges ,government s building .government offices.any government state or central or in panchayat or municipal leval,corporation levale etc.building design must b glass frame and 3 wall out of 4must have 75% glas frame wall and window .to reduce total weight and also less curuption,green concept,water harvesting...solar system where posible..i sugest because to save land( mitti ),,very very less bricks use and very very less

goverment must provide design to villegers ,and technology of building house available localy and traditional cum intech acording engeeniaring also use of mud as raw material and technic of to use this ,,government should show to villegers this mud tecnology taken from aurovindo pondechary..i suport and i had seen in my city demostration.also goverment shoud devide in two part for housing rural and city for housing.

में चाहता हु की सरकार को लोगो द्वारा शहर में मकान बनाने में होने वाली दिक्कतों को दूर करने की दिशा में एक सार्थक पहल करनी चाहिए १ बिल्डिंग की ऊचाई मालिको पर छोड़ देना चाहिए २. इस छुट की एवज में भवन मालिको को दो काम करने का सरकार को करवा लेना चाहिए A वाटर RICHARGE B सोलर लाइट की व्यवस्था फायदा भ्रष्टाचार DEVLOPMENT AUTHORITY से ख़त्म होगा , सरकार के खजाने में भरी बढ़त होगी जिसे सेंट्रल गवर्नमेंट स्टेट गवर्नमेंट से शेयर करे

donot trust onany goverment structure or authority like corporation,municipality,or nagarpalika for nayabharat nirman because from minister to elected meber and secreatary has no knowleg how must b planig ,how shoul b cities ..so after expirianse of 60 years india is ugly and uneven delop and desighn,and constructed by privous officer,cotracto ,builder and politician so in hindi "so dukho ki ak dava" only rising of f s i autometicaly buyers market will b created and people will get beter.

land csting,construction csting,to save agriculture land ,and its to much late that in our country every state must raise f s i minimum 5 times ,and for towen ship 10 times ...this is the only way to reach huge demand and heavy migration from 20 years,also population increase in backward and minority.....but i sugest rules with more f s i..that no invester allowed and 65 % to 80% open land with greenary and play ground all aminities must with in ...and builder must give brosor with signature

Unauthorized construction, extension of building are major source of corruption. Municipal corporation are loosing development charges, map approval charges and other charges, it also looses property tax on additional structure yearly which is recurring loss. Secondly is any unauthorized construction found in area of MC, area inspectors and other officers must pay penalty for it in terms of money to cover the losses

hon .mody saheb give me chance to present my ideas ,vies and inovation to u or to whom u tel i will come at my own expense,i have ideas about goverment structure reform ,and on rail ,road , new inovation on infra,use of idale miltry .use of army in pease full time.so many small but efective metar for public service i want to present .i am b j p distict level karyakarta and in past ideas and inovation were excepted principly that i have proof.

towenship policy should b given fee and forward because goverment has to do nothing and people will get every thing undergroun and well desighn ,well plan city rather then to day's india which ugly ,badly planed and curptepolicy's efectd product through goverment authority,,goverment must give up service tax vat and all the tax f0r next 5 year in housing sector because people of india is sufering in this sector due to privious govt,
