All housing blocks like Apartments, townships, wards, mohallas should compulsorily have a Community Kitchen and community service centres. Community ready and community specific housing projects should be encouraged. Community kitchen in every housing cluster will make the life easy for working housewife and senior lady citizens. Lot of other services like medical , utilities and emergencies can be handled by community centres. Detailed plan are attached in hindi and english version.

Make the guidelines for builder for selling their flats within specific time period otherwise they have to bear penalty. Then only cost of the homes will be decreased.
