Sir in city administration there is a perpetual clash between state and city administration in Mumbai we have brihanmumbai municipal corporation and the mmrda for infrastructure creation why can't we have a single authority affiliated to municpalities for infrastructure creation, the current system crew as overlapping of responsibilities and turf wars hence haphazard development

Sir my view is that as cities like Mumbai and Delhi develop they have different municipalities for different suburbs I think all municipalities must be fused together and an integrated approach to development must be taken.

Haryana Govt. has launched affordbale housing scheme. Allottement will happen through draw. Builders are charging 8-15 Lac rupees, as premium in balck money to guarantee allottement. This is happening in open and property dealers are giving offers on phone. Every one know about this malpractice. EWS flats are also sold at premium of 15-30 lac, whereas govt. price is Rs. 1.5 Lac. Any one check EWS flats and see how many economically weaker people are occupying such flats.

Most of the private builders are cheating customers by manupulating prices through cartelization, Delay in project by invetsing sold project money to buy land. Govt. is not bringing any law to stop these malpractices. This all is done in open by collabrating with govt. machinery. Customer is made to suffer. No one is listning as this is one of biggest sector generating bribe for official, politicians.

Discourage purchasing of houses for investment purpose. One family one LPG connection is now successful. In the same way one family one house will make every family will have own house. Now a days a group of persons using housing sector as investment in urban and rural areas. The poor never get chance to compete and own a house. They all now wants free houses free of cost from Modiji.
