Dear All
My night visits to big city Mumbai in 2008 stunned me with continuous street lighting in flyovers throughout the whole night even after 2AM after midnight when traffic almost Nil. I think even the solar lighting too seems to be quite wastage and some sound reactions for street lighting when trafic movement started is best option & little saving of power. At least one side lighting when traffic reaches 1 or 2 % will be a good idea to implement.
May be friction of Heavy vehicles on flyovers can produce power & if that is linked to street light that too will be a good savings idea
The Morning Walker exercises can be used for sea wave power generation & youth may be given payment too.(Yes, the wind mills too may be used to speed up) On payment by youth & healthy aged for their work to create waves with say jumping running to meet little savings as double benefit to self & Nation.
Gyms 💪 too adopt such power producing equipment & reduce maintenance costs. Even cricket pitches

How and when you use your home appliances can affect how much energy they use. For example, wet appliances such as dishwashers and washing machines typically account for 10% of a household’s energy bills.
If you want to reduce your energy use here, you can:
use these appliance less frequently.
wash at lower temperatures.
Avoiding half loads.

Cont'd---Specially while sleeping a cool bed can give comfort at the same time savings from cooling walls, furniture, ceiling, metal objects, floor, leakages through doors, windows etc. It's only an concept beds have to be designed with these parameters. We have universities or resarch labs which can optimize the design. Even useful for military use in extreme weather conditions for both hot and cold weather. Energy conservation can reduce global warming. This is only my view there could be similar products already developed. If someone can take it forward as a nation we could save.

Energy saving idea on national scale for homes. We have been seeing air conditioners outside homes, apartments, lodges etc.
Everyone knows 23 degrees is optimum for good Energy saving. To go deeper into energy conservation thermal mapping can give the hot spots inside homes to insulate.
Positioning of AC inside room height from the floor is also equally important. Wooden panels, carpets, size of rooms are also favourable factors. As we are in tropical weather air-conditioning becomes important. As a country if we adopt cool beds with new generation insulation & foam materials and maintain temperature of 23 degrees with thermostatic control a small window AC compressor with lower rating could be used or existing split AC could be diverted with proper controls & flexible piping. Specially while sleeping a cool bed can give comfort at the same time savings from cooling walls, furniture, ceiling, metal objects, floor, leakages through doors, windows etc. It's only an concept cont'd----

In working towards a greener future, communities can embrace clever ways to save energy.
Placing solar charging spots in public areas and using smart street lights that run on renewable power are simple yet effective steps.Encouraging eco-friendly transportation and regular home energy checks add to environmental awareness.Creative awareness campaigns, including public commitments, and eco-friendly events which plays a crucial role in emphasizing the significance of energy conservation.
With all that make a simple habits such as turning off the lights and electronic devices when not in use.
Use smart power strips that automatically cut off power to electronic devices when they are not in use, preventing standby power consumption.
Thank you.
