Government should conduct exhibition of handicrafts made by tribals. Likewise they should get an opportunity to meet other tribals and share their knowledge and experience on their products. A workshop for youngsters with some tribal people will help them to learn more about tribal life. Tribals should be able to sell their products directly to the customers without any middle man. Government can buy the products directly from these tribals and sell them in all Ration Shops and Co operative Societies across India. This will definitely help them to earn and improve their life style.
All tribal villages which are not accessible should have proper road, school, a hospital to give emergency treatment, a library and medical shop and groceries shop should be provided by the MLA and MP development funds alloted to them every year. These MPs and MLAs should be held responsible if any tribal village is not having any basic facilities.

India is a country with rich culture and rich heritage but we people are not aware of its culture and heritage. Development of tribal community helps in upkeeping of heritage and development. 1) Education is most important for tribal community 2) Hygienic and health education should be given 3) Tribal people are making so many products these products should be made available to all by promoting them in all respects. Promoting them in state functions, govt activities and encouraging people to buy them increases economy. Purchase of these products for giving them as a gift in office functions, making exhibitions with appropriate rates is necessary. Promoting their art, products, handicrafts through govt agencies and a target should be kept for every year for increase of economy and monitoring of targets is required

Simplified portal of the centres and products available in each state should be available . This will help volunteers to easily get attached to nearest centre and promote the products with their family and friends.

tribal community are important part of country but are still backward, so to give them full rights following measures can be considered
1. all of them should be given free and easy excess to education
2.they are not aware of technology but have excellence in producing local consumption materials . just making them aware that what they are making for self can be bought into the market and providing them funds to scale their business would not only help them but also the lost and hidden tribal heritage of our country will be represented across the world
3. media can also play a great role to establish communication between tribal people and others
4.providing adeqaute medical fascilities is of atmost important with skilled doctors
5. there area's infrastructure should be developed
6. there should be free workshops organised to teach them different skills specially which can help them to earn
7. policies of govt made for tribal should reach by them and should be made aware

We can talk with tribal people about how they manage their money and products. It can be different for different tribal groups. We can teach them investment and bussiness methods is their way. Like a good teacher teach the difficult concept in the child's language. We can use tribals language to teach the nuances of market and economy, so that they can catch fish by their own.
