view 2.- take land on lease from central Asian or other countries like Russia or America or Africa.. whoever ready to lease it on reasonable terms.. make big parts say 1000+ acres each..as much bigger as possible..so economy of scale will be achieved by them.. allot it to Indian young landless labourer groups like working on NAREGA works via appropriate process.. ask them to produce commercial agroforest products..give some subsidy in initial days for relocating and some initial capital..money or saplings or seeds..or tools..50 % part produce can be govt dictated and autonomy can be given for remaining 50%...agriculture land is so cheap in Russia.. American continent.. Central Asia.. govt to govt agreement will make it more cheaper.. initially program can be operated on small scale. .. self help groups of male can be made.. say 200 people.. 50 will go actually on field ..say per year or 6 months.. on rotation.. so that everyone will get appropriate rest at home.. tak, tamarind, bamboo

view1- for people having their own less fertile agriculture land.. encourage them to plant at least 100 trees of red or white SANDLEWOO+100 plants of bamboo+1other plant.. tamarind on wasteland ..and in same plantation area open poultry can be made after 2 or three years.. initially we can distribute free saplings to beneficiaries.. for poultry private companies can be asked to participate as per their business model or some 100 birds can be provided to beneficiaries.. egg or chicken or goat production can be improved same way as milk economy.. income from SANDLEWOO can kept in some LIC pension scheme and generations of that family can get pension depend on LIC scheme.. bamboo will give some regular income... this is long term solution.. will be applicable depending upon climate.. other plants should also be considered..

Being uneducated they are exploited in most cases. They should be given education for both boys and girls till class X. Parents to be provided subsidy in case their income is very less. NGOs to be asked to work there and may be given some incentive to achieve a fixed target to get financial grants from Govt. Basically they are deprived from any govt assistance as mostly they are not educated.
The product/s made by the tribal may be sold from Khadi Gramodaya in town/city. However, no benefit to be given if any family found to be leaving well.
Another suggestion that good advertisement to be made through posters about small family and its benefit.

Across Indian Country, more and more tribal nations are forging impressive records of economic progress. From creating successful nation-owned enterprises to cultivating tribal citizen-owned businesses to preparing their people to take advantage of expanding job opportunities through workforce education and training, they are building sustainable tribal economies to revitalize their communities. Driving this remarkable yet uneven renaissance is tribal self-determination, specifically the responsibility each tribal nation exercises to create a robust economy based on its cultural values, distinct challenges, particular circumstances, and community development priorities. Yet key federal government actions must be taken to foster – and remove the barriers impeding – tribal nations’ efforts to create and sustain jobs and economic growth.

We can promote their goods and made their goods trendy for present life style, By educating them with some corrections and we can sell their hand made products in online and can export their products to the countries where high demand from hand made products. these all things should be done in pilot project. By supporting them with initial investment and assign some people to support the above process to be done.
