1) Shift to New paradigm I.e. from subsidy to investment in all sectors of tribal/rural economies (E.g. tourism, manufacturing, ICT industry, forestry, education , renewable energy, local foods, multi-industry towns, etc.). 2) Introduce more banks with high lending limits, & with less restrictions in tribal areas. 3) Local culture, rural identity & know how shall be considered as assets. 4) Suggest Excellent Health Infrastructure in tribal areas with good connectivity. 5) Introduce special innovation policy & innovative governance models allowing flexibility in what people to study/train, when they want, & how they want. Facilitating knowledge pooling & simplify decision making process assuring fiscal accountability & moderate policy implementation costs. 6) Adopt ‘society as whole’ approach on preventing & countering violent extremism. 7) Gender inclusion & strengthening diversity participation. 8) Build a uniform Indian identity to ensure social, economic, political & legal equality

Namaste! This is time to address the great community, the Tribal. Since they are minority and less in number, issue them Voter ID wherein we collect the data of their skills and make them trainers of thier extra ordinary skills to propagate for the benefit of other. It would make them to come forward and feel proud. We value their skills and cherish it. It would help in Local to Global and vocal for local. Respect this minority community with lots of love and respect. Thank you

First tribal people should get medical facilities. In some areas there is no proper roads and there is no ambulance service to shift them safely to a nearby hospital and give them quality treatment. Some villages do not have any infrastructure and kids has to walk for longer distance and reach school. A mobile school has to be arranged for such kids and teach them. A shop, a pharmacy and a small hospital to treat common ailments should be compulsorily arranged using MP and MLA development funds. I think these things has to be monitored by a committee and if any MLA or MP fails to utilise the funds allocated should be fined and all basic facilities given to them has to be withdrawn. Tribals should be able to sell their products through Co operative Society directly without any middle man looting their money. Government can allot shops to these tribal people and help them to sell their products directly to the buyers. This will only help to dev
