A must prerequisites for Pranayama:
1. Keep the stomach empty. It is must and healthy practice.
2. It is preferable to have bath before practicing Pranayama.
3. Wear fresh and loose clothing. This helps to keep body fresh and relaxed and will have good impact.
4. Select a non-disturbing and well-Ventilated place both in terms of light and fresh air. Practice on a yoga mat or bed sheet.
