As a trained yoga teacher for the past 17 years, keeping the pandemic in mind, I suggest and have done the following to celebrate and create awareness.
* Online special free yoga protocol sessions to include students, families, elders in old age homes, children from orphanages and people from weaker economic strata.
* Seperate online session s for public servants
* Conduct online competitions and quiz for children.
* Urge everybody to take pledge
*Popularise "Yoganiyoga" samskrit anthem.
