De-clutter your study space: One of the determinants for stress-free studying is the environment you’re studying in. Your study space needs to be comfortable and relaxing. Make sure your study space is well-lit and de-cluttered. Having an alternate study place can give you a fresh look at your study material and stay focused.

Manage your time: One of the most important requisites while studying for an exam is proper time management. Preparing a time table/study plan will help you break your syllabus down into chunks and avoid cramming. Make sure you follow your time table religiously to avoid last-minute panic.

Know what to expect: The exam syllabus can be vast and studying is a stressful activity requiring you to devote much of your time and energy. Therefore knowing what to expect in the exam will help you focus on topics that are most likely to appear in the exam. It’s a good idea to consult your mentor/lecturer to know what to expect from the exam.

Good evening everyone, I am a student of bcom from delhi university. My suggestions on stress free examinations are first of all way teaching is not beneficial that much which could eradicate the stress level of examination on students. If Students would start getting more practical knowledge instead of theoretical than instead of learning facts, students will understand and apply by their own. In my prospective this could be big change to give stress free examination.

I am myself a student and have faced such stress before exams. One of the ways i think to reduce stress is to give the student second chance . There are tons of cases where the student has worked day and night and just because a bad day he/she ends up messing the exam. Life is about failures and learning from it . But one can only make up for the failure only if given a chance . Just imagine a child going for exam knowing that this is not the end of the life as he/she has another chance .

In my opinion preparation for exams should not begin before one month or so but it should be started at the very first day of the commencement of session. And this would resolve Stress in students.

Don't be pushed by your problems.Be led by your dreams.Stress is something which is only created in the mind.So just feel you are going to rock in exams. It's the time to show that the thing because of which you were being stressed whole year is going to fly ,yes its the weekly and monthly tests along with all of hard work which was done by every student before each test and fear of marks after the tests.
