Students should all ways try to have healthy food.

Parents should see their regular foods.

Students should consult with their counterparts.

Government should increase the job.

As our children have been our children are away from natural living now they are addicted to machine life. From school to tuition all of them are now high tech and now due to no body moment our children are like chiken of 2.5 kg the body growth is good but mind are wight for gadget to live all the gadgets make pressure on mind and we have to thing of our children future how to free from stress is to from gadgets

As we say 1st school of any child is home. What i feel stress of exams doesn't generate from the school, it is competition among parents that create hype. If we as a parents understand that when god haven't created any finger print similar then how can he replicate entire mind. He have assigned each and every sole for a different job. This competition of copying one to another have increased stress. So make our study vertical's of interest rather than vertical of teaching.

Namaste we request to arrange School level all Students Meeting and College level all Students meeting by all school and college management first morning half an hour meeting Or Evening Half an hour meeting to be conducted by all teachers and Principals for getting majority unanimous decision for Stress less Exams and feed in School and College computers and send all information through Education department and District collectors recommendations for final decision in this matter favourable

Our education system should be revised and should include culture and vedic chapters to create morality first. History n Geography be kept optioal and for specialisation. Hitech n AI courses with safety n security be included, What is our civil code or even the Constitution, we dont know. OUR ADAMANT NETAS should think in consultants with Vedic Moral n Hitech specialists.

That is HAVE A PERFECT PLANNING AND IMPLEMENT IT.

My suggestions:- The technology is developing and our country is also developing, similarly we must (students) must think in a developmental way but not in a destructive way. We must understand the prime motto of conducting the exams and gaining knowledge and marks are so important that are helpful for our future. But, not so important that the aspects destruct us with stress. So, I would like to terminate the suggestions by sharing one suggestion that most of us know but still forget it.
